Who counts as a member?
Anyone in your company on Afara: engineers who run the CLI, and product, design and QA people who use the dashboard.
Do I pay for the AI that analyses my code?
Analysis runs with your own AI coding tool (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI or Gemini CLI), under your existing plan with that provider. Afara doesn't charge for it.
How does billing work?
Plans are priced per member, per month, in US dollars. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 16%. Enterprise is priced on a contract; contact sales for a quote.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down a plan from the dashboard, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Can we run a pilot before buying Enterprise?
Yes. Most Enterprise customers start with a scoped pilot on one team's repository, with a solutions engineer.
Does Afara ever receive our source code?
No. Only wireframes, the ticket text needed for the story side, and comparisons. See the security page for the full list.
