This page is a draft for review by counsel before publication.
Radicand Labs (“we”) builds Afara. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the Afara website, CLI and dashboard, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, company, role and job title, when you register or are invited.
- Product data: feature names, wireframes (nodes, edges, file paths and line ranges), the ticket text needed to build story wireframes, comparisons, findings and the decisions people make on them.
- Integration data: repository, branch and issue metadata from the GitHub, Linear or Jira accounts you connect.
- Usage data: basic logs of requests to our API, used to keep the service running and secure.
What we don’t collect
Afara does not receive your source code. Analysis runs on your machine with your own AI coding tool, in a read-only copy of the repository. Afara reads commits, never your working tree.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to support you, and to tell you about changes to Afara. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use your product data to train models.
Your choices
You can update your account details in the dashboard, delete your CLI credential by removing ~/.config/afara/credentials, and ask us to export or delete your data by writing to privacy@afara.dev.
