About the role
Afara turns two hard-to-read artefacts, a ticket and a diff, into one picture. Getting that picture right is a design problem first. You’ll work across the dashboard, the CLI’s output and the documents Afara writes for frontend, product and QA audiences.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end design for comparisons, findings and the audience documents
- Run research with engineering, product and QA leads at customer companies
- Shape the visual system across the dashboard and the website
- Prototype in code when a static mock won’t answer the question
What we’re looking for
- A portfolio showing complex product work for technical users
- Strong information design and typographic judgement
- Comfort reading code well enough to understand what you’re designing for
